Vice President, Customer Success
My technology career began at the dawn of personal computing, programming on TRS-80 and Apple II computers. After getting a degree in computer science I started my career as a developer. I quickly realized that, though I enjoy programming, I love to work directly with people.
Since that time my work has focused on the intersection of people and technology. My passion is helping clients understand, implement, and succeed with software solutions. By following the Customer Success model of regular communication, solicitation of client feedback, and continual improvement, my team’s goal is to provide Accessible360 clients with unparalleled service and successful project completion.
In my off hours I spend time with my family, shepherding two daughters through high school and watching with joy and trepidation as their independence unfolds. I love to cook, read, and spend time outdoors camping, canoeing, and biking. If you haven’t tried mountain biking, give it a try – the downhills will make you grin like a gleeful child.
